Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS1 students, ensuring high standards of learning and achievement.
• Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, monitoring progress to ensure all children achieve good outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching strategies.
• Utilize the latest interactive whiteboards and technology in each classroom to enhance learning experiences.
• Work closely with skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support pupil learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching at the KS1 level, with a proven track record of achieving good student outcomes.
• Strong commitment to inclusive and progressive educational practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage supportively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A desire to take on additional responsibilities and develop professionally within a supportive school environment.
