Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of all students.
- Collaborate with the job share partner to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS2.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a job share partner.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
