The role

The school are looking for a dedicated LSA with enthusiasm and experience to work in their reception class on a full-time basis. Within your role you will be supporting with carpet sessions, setting up play based learning and activities. There will be a particular focus on phonics and in this role you will be required to lead small group phonics and reading sessions within reception. You will also be supporting the teacher in all classroom learning. Your role will involve some focused support for pupils with SEN.
