A lovely 2-form-entry primary school in Camden are looking for an experienced PPA teacher to join their school in January to provide PPA cover on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The Role
In this role you will be covering classes across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 on Wednesday and Thursday each week to provide class teachers cover for PPA time. You will work alongside the class teacher to arrange what is required for each lesson. For the most part the planning will be provided, although you may have some input in certain classes/subjects. Your two days will be timetabled but you will need to be flexible and adaptable to cover absences or changes at the last minute across the whole school.
To apply for this role, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Good curriculum knowledge across KS1 & KS2
- Excellent classroom management with a positive and engaging teaching approach
This part-time PPA Teacher role is to start in January 2025 and is offered on an ongoing contract basis.
