PPA Teacher Opportunity - Mainstream Primary School, Lewisham (Full-Time)
Are you an experienced and enthusiastic primary teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity? TimePlan is thrilled to partner with a fantastic mainstream primary school in Lewisham to find a dedicated PPA Teacher. This full-time supply role offers the chance to work across a vibrant school community, with the potential for the position to become permanent later.
- Position: PPA Teacher (Supply, with a possibility of a permanent role)
- Location: Mainstream Primary School, Lewisham
- Days: Full-time, 5 days per week (not negotiable)
- Duration: Long-term sickness cover, expected until the end of the Spring term and likely until the end of the academic year
Responsibilities:
- Providing PPA cover across all primary years, from Reception to Year 6
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners
- Managing your own lesson planning (time allocated for preparation)
Requirements:
- A qualified primary teacher with UK training and proven experience in primary schools
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Ability to adapt quickly and work flexibly across various year groups
- English as a first language is essential
- This role is not suitable for teachers transitioning from secondary to primary
