What do you need to be successful in this role?

Primary Teaching experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
QTS or a relevant teaching qualification.
Ability to adapt your teaching to best suit children of mixed abilities.
Strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
Strong behaviour management.
Most importantly, a genuine passion for teaching primary aged children.
