Key Responsibilities: -
- You are responsible for following the lesson plans provided by the regular teacher and ensuring that the students are engaged and learning.
- You are expected to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, enforcing school rules and policies as needed.
- You must be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a variety of different classrooms and subject areas at short notice.
- You are responsible for providing feedback to the regular teacher about the students' progress and behavior during your time in the classroom Requirements:
PGCE QTS / HLTA Level 4 qualifications Experience working with primary school students Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work effectively with diverse student populations Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice Benefits:
