Primary School Teacher / ECT | EYFS, KS1 and KS2 | Ealing

An 'Outstanding' 4FE Primary School in the heart of the Borough of Ealing are seeking a Primary School Teacher / Primary School ECT to join their exceptional staff on a permanent, full-time contract, starting in September 2025.

The Headteacher is keen to interview any experienced Primary School Teachers and ambitious Primary School ECTs who are looking to further their teaching career in a heavily supportive environment across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This is a fantastic school with exceptional modern facilities and has high staff retention. Experienced Teachers and ECTs work collaboratively in a supportive team to provide first-class education across the school.

Each class is made up of a graduate TA or LSA support from the highest-achieving Universities and there are extensive opportunities for CPD, as well as additional TLRs: Subject Lead, Year Group Lead and Phase Lead.

This school welcomes all pupils from all backgrounds and the team of Primary School Teachers and Primary School ECTs strive to ensure all children are on a journey they deserve. As an inclusive school, they are able to provide an education with high expectations of every student, including those with SEND and SEMH needs.

  • Fantastic CPD and TLR available: Subject Lead, Year Group Lead and Phase Lead
  • MPS1 - UPS3 - £38,766 - £60,092 + TLRs

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Must hold UK QTS
  • An experienced Primary School Teacher or ambitious Primary School ECT
  • A passion for learning and motivating young people
  • Experience teaching EYFS, KS1 and KS2
