Primary School Teacher Job Description:

A Catholic primary school in Balham is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Part-Time Class Teacher for a job share position. This role covers 3 days per week, Monday to Wednesday, with an immediate start.

Primary School Teacher Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality teaching as part of a job share arrangement.
Collaborate with the co-teacher to ensure consistency in lesson planning and pupil progress.
Provide a nurturing and supportive environment that aligns with the school's Catholic ethos.
Maintain effective communication with parents and carers.
Take responsibility for planning, marking, assessment and reporting on student progress.
Contribute to the wider school community, including attending meetings and professional development as required.

Primary School Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in primary education.
Ability to work effectively within a job share arrangement.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
Ability to start immediately and work 3 days per week.
