• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 4.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, in keeping with the school's Catholic ethos.
• Support the academic and personal development of students, ensuring individual progress is tracked and encouraged.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and the senior leadership team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a primary school, ideally with Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is a plus).
• A commitment to uphold and promote the Catholic ethos of the school, although being Catholic is not essential.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
