The Role

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Year 1 students, aligned with the National Curriculum
Provide tailored instruction to meet the varied needs of students and support their academic growth
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom where all children feel valued, safe and supported
Assess students’ learning and progress, offering constructive feedback to aid their development
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the overall wellbeing and academic success of each pupil

We require a QTS, PGCE, a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience for this role!
