Pay: 38,766 - 50,288 per annum (dependent on experience & MPS)

About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, creative, and age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the national curriculum for primary education. Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all students in the class. Also you will establish a well-organized, disciplined, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. You must regularly assess and track student progress through formal and informal assessments. Provide constructive feedback to students and adapt teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher working with primary-aged children.
  • Relevant qualifications in teaching.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with children and staff.
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring students.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to student welfare.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
