• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, ensuring all students receive the support they need.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and staff.
• Take part in staff meetings, training, and whole-school activities.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a UK primary school.
• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and Year 2 expectations.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student progress and well-being.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a small, dedicated team.
