Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student progress and development.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure each child's needs are met.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports emotional and social development.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote a culture of respect and engagement.

Candidate Profile:

Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
Preferred: Experience working within a primary school setting.
A strong understanding of the national curriculum and best teaching practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching in a dynamic environment.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
