Position: Year 2 Teacher

Career Teachers are seeking an experienced passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher on behalf of a Primary School in the London Borough of Southwark.

Rated 'OUTSTANDING' by Ofsted, the school is looking for a passionate, dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join their team!

The school is a friendly, community-focused place where they believe in helping each child grow academically, socially, and spiritually within a caring environment.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the Year 2 curriculum standards.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that nurtures curiosity and independence.
Review and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support individual learning needs.
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to create a collaborative approach to each child's education.
Contribute to the school's vibrant, values-driven community.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified Teacher Status with relevant certifications.
Proven experience as a Primary School Teacher.
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
DBS on the update service or wiling to complete one
Contactable referees available to verify or the last 2 years of employment
