Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2), following the school's curriculum and guidelines.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Adapt to different school environments and teaching plans with ease, ensuring continuity for pupils during teacher absences.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leadership teams.
- Provide feedback to permanent teaching staff on student progress and any issues encountered.
- Maintain accurate records of student learning and achievements during the cover period.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
- Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching styles to different schools and age groups.
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
- A current DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
