The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, record, and report on the progress and development of students, ensuring that each child is reaching their full potential
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive learning experience for students
  • Implement and maintain effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices and outcomes

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 1
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community
