This role offers a long-term position, with the potential for the right candidate to secure a permanent role within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the Year 1 curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching methods to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, promoting student well-being and development.
- Regularly assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to create a cohesive and supportive school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 1, with a particular focus on Year 1.
- Strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and enriching learning atmosphere.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to the broader school community and promoting a positive educational experience.
