We are seeking a passionate EYFS Primary Teacher for a maternity cover role, starting in February 2025 and running through until August 2025. Role Highlights for a Primary Teacher:

• Salary: MPS1 (£34,514) - MPS6 (£46,001), Outer London.
• Contract: Full-time maternity cover from February 2025 until August 2025.
• Location: A welcoming primary school in Enfield, North London, with excellent transport links, close to The Green and the overground station.

Your Role as a Primary Teacher (EYFS):

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons for Early Years students, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of learning and a positive school experience for all pupils.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to create an inclusive and welcoming school community.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of each child.

We're Looking For in a Primary Teacher:

• Qualified Primary Teachers with QTS and proven experience in Early Years or Key Stage 1 (EYFS experience is preferred).
• A passionate educator with the ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour, and a positive approach to classroom management.
