Primary Teacher | Immediate Paid Trial day | South East London

We are working with an inspirational Primary School located in Lambeth, South London who are on the lookout for an amazing Primary Teacher. Renowned for its dedicated and passionate staff, the school offers a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. This Primary Teacher position will require you to teach Reception to Year 6 class from now until the end of the academic year.

Role: Primary Teacher

Start: ASAP

Location: SE27, Lambeth

Contract: Full time (Temp to Perm)

Rate: £180 - £220 (Negotiable)

Primary Teacher | Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum.
  • Regularly assess and provide feedback on student progress.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and behaviour.
  • Provide emotional and social support to students.

Primary Teacher | Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is desirable.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Previous teaching experience at the primary level.
  • Competence in using educational technology.
  • Knowledge of child safeguarding and welfare.
