Primary Teacher - SE18, Woolwich - Immediate start

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for an Primary Teacher to join a Specialist Needs school in the Woolwich area (SE18). The school looks to provide a holistic environment for all students and support their specific needs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience Teaching, knowledge or experience working in SEN and a Qualified Teacher Status.

Daily Rate: Paid to scale

Location: Woolwich, SE18

Contract Type: Full Time, Temp-Perm

Start Date: Immediate (January 2025)

Class sizes: 8-20 based on provision

The successful applicant will have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • UK Classroom Experience.
  • Previous SEN Experience.
  • Ability to plan and deliver high quality, engaging lessons.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, parents and students.
  • Up to date safeguarding certificate issues within the last year.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Hold or Process and enhanced DBS certificate registered to the Update Service.
  • Provide two professional references covering the last two years.
