Job Title: Primary School Teacher
Location: Lewisham, South East London
Start date: April 2024
Salary: £180 - £210 per day
Full/Part Time: Full Time (Part time role may be available)

Ideal Candidate:
- You enjoy working as part of a collaborative & committed multi-disciplinary team.
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.
- Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- You have a strong commitment to student and staff well-being and want to work in an organisation with the same strong values.
- You want to work within an organisation that support, develops and invests in their staff.
- A deep passion for education, dedicated to the growth and development of each student.
- Flexibility and adaptability to create a dynamic and vibrant learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Have a QTS or equivalent
- DBS preferably on the Update Service
- Have experience planning lessons, projects and assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for nurturing and empowering young learners
