Ideal Candidate:

You enjoy working as part of a collaborative & committed multi-disciplinary team.
Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.
Ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
You have a strong commitment to student and staff well-being and want to work in an organisation with the same strong values.

Requirements:

Have a QTS or equivalent
DBS preferably on the Update Service
Have experience planning lessons, projects and assessments
