We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in [specific year group, e.g., Year 1], creating a stimulating classroom environment, and fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and school initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and school activities.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community.
Qualifications:
- QTS
- DBS on update service
- Strong understanding of primary education curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- PRevious experience working in schools
