Our school provides a nurturing and inspiring environment for our pupils and staff alike. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join the team in February. For the right candidate, a TLR and additional responsibilities can be offered.
Role and Responsibilities:As our Reception Teacher, you will:
- Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support children's development.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, using observations to inform planning and next steps.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and colleagues to share best practices and drive school improvement.
- Take on additional responsibilities (if desired) to contribute to the wider development of the school.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in EYFS.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the willingness to contribute to the school's community ethos.
- Experience or interest in leadership and taking on extra responsibilities (desirable).
