Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and personal development.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the school.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.
• Uphold and promote the school's values, ethos, and commitment to the safeguarding of all children.

About You:We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher who is:

• Qualified to teach in the UK (QTS or equivalent).
• Experienced or confident in teaching at Key Stage 2, with a good understanding of the Year 3 curriculum.
• Passionate about creating a love of learning and encouraging pupils to achieve their full potential.
• An excellent communicator and team player, able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
