Teach Plus are currently working with a high-performing, community-focused primary school in Leyton, Waltham Forest, rated Outstanding by Ofsted. The school is committed to developing happy, confident, and successful learners, and is now seeking a Reception Class Teacher to join their nurturing and inclusive team.
The school welcomes applications from ECTs as well as experienced teachers who share their commitment to excellence and community.
As a Reception Class Teacher you will be required to:
- Deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Support children's academic and personal development in a warm, structured environment
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each child
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service
- The right to work in the UK
