SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a vibrant and supportive primary school located in the London Borough of Haringey. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Reception Teacher to join their dynamic Early Years team from January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and stimulating lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
• Monitor and track the progress of pupils, ensuring individual needs are met through tailored teaching and learning strategies.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's development and progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Early Years team to develop best practices and contribute to the school's continued success.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within the EYFS.
• A deep understanding of early childhood development and a passion for inspiring young learners.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
• A commitment to personal and professional growth, with a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
