Reeson Education are working with a community focused primary school local to White City and Wood Lane stations. The head teacher is looking for a reception teacher to join the team this January for a minimum of 1 term.

School: West London based primary school

  • 2 form entry
  • Recently awarded outstanding by Ofsted
  • Outstanding leadership and management
  • Outstanding pupil behaviour and attitudes
  • Supportive senior leadership team
  • Teaching assistants and 1:1 learning support assistants within each classroom

Role: Reception Teacher

  • Full class teaching responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering lessons and activities (along with other reception teacher)
  • Attending staff and parent meetings
  • Marking and checking work
  • Managing behaviour and following school policies

Requirements for the Reception Teacher

  • UK qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • Experience and understanding of the early years' curriculum
  • The headteacher is considering ECTs and experienced reception teachers
  • Passion for early years and education
  • Can do attitude and ability to hit the ground running
