- Advise and support class teachers in adapting their teaching to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Develop effective partnerships with staff, governors, parents, and external agencies.
- Promote the well-being and mental and physical health of the school community.
- Put children first, ensuring their needs are at the heart of all decisions.
Skills and Experience:
- NASENCo qualification or have started the NPQSEND.
- Proven track record as an excellent teacher and classroom practitioner across the primary age range.
- Pro-active, well-organised, and able to lead and inspire others.
- Experience in developing effective partnerships to drive change for pupils with additional needs.
