Skills and Experience:

  • NASENCo qualification or have started the NPQSEND.
  • Proven track record as an excellent teacher and classroom practitioner across the primary age range.
  • Pro-active, well-organised, and able to lead and inspire others.
  • Experience in developing effective partnerships to drive change for pupils with additional needs.
