About the Role: As a Supply Teacher, you will have the chance to work across a variety of primary schools, providing valuable cover and delivering engaging lessons. Whether you're looking for short-term placements or more regular work, this role offers flexibility to suit your schedule and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 (or your year group preference)
- Adapt to different classroom environments and build positive relationships with students
- Follow lesson plans or create engaging lessons if required
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching in diverse schools
- A positive and proactive attitude, with excellent classroom management skills
