Smart Teachers are looking for Qualified Primary Teachers to join our supply pool to provide short and medium-term cover to schools in Barking and Dagenham.

About the role

Working as a supply teacher, you should be —

  • Able to travel throughout Barking and Dagenham.
  • Be comfortable working in multiple primary schools during the week, allowing you to swiftly adjust to different environments.
  • Be punctual, organized, and enthusiastic when working with the primary schools.
  • Possess great behavioral management skills.
  • Have the capacity to work with different year groups throughout primary.
About the school

All schools are mainstream primary schools located across Barking and Dagenham

A number of schools have on site parking and/or located close to tube stations

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Supply Teacher - Barking and Dagenham you will:

  • Have a DBS on the update service/able to apply for this

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Must have a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
