What We're Looking For:

?? Previous Experience: At least 2 years experience working as a Qualified Primary School Teacher
??? Behaviour Management: Proven track record in handling challenges.
?? Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
�? Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
?? Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).

Your Role:

?? Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
�? Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students' EHCP.
?? Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.
