Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different schools and year groups, maintaining high teaching standards
- Provide continuity of learning for pupils during teacher absences
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Adaptability and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
- A passion for teaching and commitment to pupil development
