Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different schools and year groups, maintaining high teaching standards
• Provide continuity of learning for pupils during teacher absences

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Adaptability and the ability to build rapport with students and staff
• A passion for teaching and commitment to pupil development
