Here at Academics, we are on the hunt to find a skilled teacher who would thrive in a mainstream Primary school setting, supporting children across the school with SEN.

This role would suit a teacher with a wide range of knowledge and experience teaching children with SEN and ensuring they can access the schools diverse and exciting school curriculum.

The school has a brilliant leadership team and you will be working closely with the SENCO and class teachers. The school has taken the time to create excellent home / school relationships with parents and carers across the board, with even more support in place for children with SEN, families. The school is a positive, well organised place to work, with a robust behaviour management policy ensuring children display good behaviour and all teaching staff are supported to deliver this.

Role of a Teacher in Lewisham:

* PPA cover only *Ability to provide PPA cover across all primary - reception to year 6*Majority of children have ASD or Social and communication issues* Responsible for own lesson planning (time is allocated for planning and prep)
