Sanza Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a supportive and community-driven one-form entry primary school in the heart of the London Borough of Haringey. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis.

The school are not accepting ECT Teachers for this position.

As a Year 1 Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and inspired to learn.
• Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the school's warm, community-focused ethos.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers to support children's education and well-being.

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching Key Stage 1.
• Be passionate about inspiring young learners and creating a stimulating learning environment.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils.
• Be a strong communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

• This position is paid in line with the MPS 1-6 Inner London Pay Scale.
