Ensure that lessons are challenging, interactive, and encourage active learning.* Monitoring progress: Regularly assess pupils' progress, both academically and socially, using a range of formative and summative assessments. Provide constructive feedback to help children achieve their full potential.* Creating a positive learning environment: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to express themselves. Ensure high standards of behaviour and provide pastoral support when needed.* Collaboration with colleagues: Work closely with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and senior leadership to ensure the best outcomes for students.
