A lovely primary school in Sutton is looking for a primary school teacher to join their teaching staff on a long term basis from September to teach in year 1.

The role

In this role you will be a full-time class teacher in year 1. You will take responsibility for planning and assessment for a range of subjects and you have a good knowledge of phonics and early maths. There is a school focus on providing challenges for mastery level pupils, and monitoring and evaluation for individual progress. You will have the benefit of working alongside an established teachers and will share planning and assessment responsibilities where possible.

The school are interested in applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT) who have completed placements in Key stage 1. ECTs will be provided with support to complete their induction training.
