Role Overview: The school is looking for an enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher who can inspire young learners and create an engaging classroom experience. As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that promote academic, emotional, and spiritual growth, all within the supportive and caring ethos of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative lessons that cater to the needs of your Year 1 pupils.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure every child thrives.
- Assess and monitor progress regularly, offering feedback to students and parents.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working as a Year 1 Teacher or within Key Stage 1.
