Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to ensure every child thrives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCO, to create a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
- Inspire curiosity, independence, and a love for learning through innovative teaching methods.
Experience:
- Prior experience teaching Key Stage 1, particularly Year 1, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of phonics, early literacy, and numeracy strategies is essential.
