As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum.
- Support students' development in literacy, numeracy, and other essential skills.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all children can thrive.
- Assess and track pupils' progress, tailoring lessons to meet their individual needs.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about students' progress and achievements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and contribute to the overall success of the school.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and promote pupils' welfare at all times.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- A strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and early childhood development.
