PRIMARY TEACHER - KS1 - YEAR 2
About the Role:SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to work on behalf of an Outstanding Primary School in the London Borough of Islington to recruit a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Class Teacher. This is a full-time, fixed-term role starting in February 2025 and running until the end of the academic year in July 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and inspire a Year 2 class, ensuring all planning, preparation, recording, assessment, and reporting meets the diverse learning and social needs of pupils.
- Uphold the school's positive ethos and core values both inside and outside the classroom.
- Foster constructive collaboration with teaching and non-teaching staff, parents, and governors to support pupils' success.
- Adhere to the current national conditions of employment for schoolteachers.
About You:We are looking for a talented and committed teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Has a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Is enthusiastic, creative, and eager to contribute to the school's vibrant and supportive environment.
