- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of Year 2 students.
- Implement strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic and social-emotional needs of students.
- Foster a culture of respect, responsibility, and resilience amongst students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student learning and well-being.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- Proven experience of managing classroom behaviour effectively.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
