We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Hackney. Our client school in London borough of Hackney, are seeking a dedicated year 2 teacher to join their year 2 class. This role offers the opportunity to inspire young learners and help them achieve their full potential in a supportive and collaborative environment.
As a class teacher your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Year 2 curriculum, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
- Support pupils in achieving key milestones, including preparation for the end-of-Key-Stage 1 assessments.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and personal growth.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils' academic and personal development.
- Uphold the school's values and commitment to high standards of education.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- A commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
