About the Role:SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to partner with a warm and welcoming one-form entry faith school in London, now recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team in January 2025. This role is perfect for a hardworking and passionate teacher who can seamlessly step into a supportive team and make a positive impact from day one. Please note that this position is open to experienced teachers only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that reflects the school's values.
- Monitor, assess, and report on students' progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to ensure a high standard of teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the school community, supporting events and activities that align with the school's faith ethos.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience teaching at the primary level, ideally within Key Stage 2.
- A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- A commitment to fostering a positive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
- Strong organizational skills, creativity, and adaptability.
