Teach Plus are currently working with a 3-form entry, 'Outstanding' primary school located in Ealing.

The school is a large, diverse, and vibrant primary school that encourages the students to participate in the development of the school. Behaviour across the school is exemplary and pupils are happy to come to school. The school provide extensive additional training and make sure their staff are supported.

The role is for a full time Year 3 Teacher to start ASAP.

As a Year 3 Teacher you will be expected to:

  • Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons in line with the KS2 national curriculum
  • Maintain strong behaviour management strategies to create a focused, respectful classroom
  • Support all students to achieve their full potential, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
  • Regularly assess student progress through observations, marking, and formal assessments
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure continuity in pupils' education and development
  • Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school

The ideal candidate for the Year 3 Teacher role will have:

  • UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly for Year 3
  • Recent classroom teaching experience within a primary school setting
  • A strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
  • Right to work in the UK
