Role:

Lead and manage Year 3 classes, ensuring all students are progressing well in their learning
Create and maintain a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment
Work closely with fellow teachers to ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive academically
Develop tailored lesson plans to suit a variety of learning styles and abilities
Create a love of learning and help students build confidence in their academic abilities
Be a positive role model and help students develop socially and emotionally in addition to academically

Requirements:

A 2:1 degree or higher from a Russell Group University in a core subject and strong A-Levels
QTS and PGCE are essential
Previous experience working as a primary school teacher
Determination, confidence and a hard-working attitude
A commitment to providing the best education for your students
