About the Role: Reed Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 3 Teacher for a vibrant primary school located in SW2. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, starting after Easter. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to a diverse class of students, including those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
  • Support students with EAL and SEND, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and can achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and reports.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 3.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Experience working with children with EAL and SEND.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
