  • Collaborate with a year group partner to plan lessons and activities.
  • Set clear targets considering prior attainment.
  • Fulfil assessment requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting student progress appropriately.
  • Manage Learning Support Assistants and other classroom helpers.
  • Engage in school duties, including supervising playtimes and leading assemblies.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Hold QTS status.
  • Experience working in UK primary schools, particularly in KS2.
  • Strong behaviour management skills to handle a lively class with a firm but nurturing approach.
  • Good interpersonal skills and professionalism, with the ability to work to policy and procedure within agreed timescales.
  • Willingness to plan collaboratively with a year group partner.
